TRIP ITINERARY

Day one

ARRIVAL

After a pleasant arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or any other border posts of the country, you will be welcomed by one of the Sopai Safaris representatives who will initially meet and greet you. After a short introduction of himself, he will transfer you to your dedicated hotel within Arusha City for your night stay.

Overnight at ilboru safari lodge on Half board basis.

TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast departs to Tarangire National Park for Game Viewing and Photographing with the Picnic Lunch. Famous for its massive baobab trees, Home of the African elephants (with high concentration than any other park) and tree climbing pythons, Tarangire National Park is small but still home to a significant wildlife population, with a density of wildlife matched only by Ngorongoro. Evening drive to acacia tarangire luxury camp for Dinner and Overnight on full board basis.

LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK

After morning breakfast departs for Lake Manyara National Park for Game Viewing and Photographing with the picnic lunch. Stretching for 50km along the base of the rusty-gold 600-metre high Rift Valley Escarpment, Lake Manyara is a scenic gem, with a setting extolled by Ernest Hemingway as the loveliest I had seen in Africa. The Park host larger herds of elephants, buffalos, zebras and over 300 different species of birds. Dinner and Overnight at escarpment Lodge on full board basis.

LAKE MANYARA - SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

After Breakfast at the Lodge, the clients will be driving to south Serengeti for game drive, on the way will be passing in Ngorongoro Conservation area one of the world heritage site and hoe of the crater in Africa, “But not going down to crater on this day”, one of the activities that will do in Ngorongoro is visiting Maasai Boma – Cultural tour. After this activity will depart to Serengeti National Park for game viewing and photographing with the picnic lunch.  Serengeti is one of the oldest and most popular National Park and World Heritage Site recently proclaimed as 7th world wonder of the World, Serengeti is famed for its Annual Wildebeests Migration and uncountable number of predators.

Dinner and overnight at acacia Serengeti camp or Kanzen Serengeti Camp on full board basis.

SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Breakfast at the Camp, depart for full day game drive and photographing with the picnic lunch, Heading to Central Serengeti while game viewing and drive continues. Dinner and overnight at acacia Serengeti camp or Kisura tented camp on full board basis.

SERENGETI - NGORONGORO CONSERVATION

Early morning game drive, this will start around 6:00am, coffee for warming up and heading for game drive until 11:00Am. Return to the camp for Branch and relaxing until 4:00pm then heading for evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at acacia Serengeti camp or Kisura tented camp on full board basis.

SERENGETI - NGORONGORO CONSERVATION

After breakfast departs to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, to descend the Crater for game viewing and photographing with packed lunch.  Ngorongoro is the largest collapsed unbroken caldera in the world with high concentration of the worlds big game. Ngorongoro is a special place which is a Conservation Area, “not a National Park”

This means that the whole area is a multiple land for both the animals and the local Maasai people who graze their cattle alongside the indigenous flora and fauna. Proceed with your game drive in this so-called Man and Biosphere Reserve. Lunch at the crater floor on a special picnic area with the aim of enjoying this marvelous area.

Dinner and overnight at Bougainvillea safari lodge on full board basis.

LAKE EYASI – HARZABE AND DATOGA VILLAGE TOUR

On this day will visit Hadzabe tribe, indigenous ethnic group in north-central Tanzania, living around Lake Eyasi in the central Rift Valley and in the neighboring forest mount of Ngorongoro areas. On the visitation of the Hadzabe will learn the ways they use to survive in the forest and how they do hunting as well as gathering of different fruits in the forest. In Afternoon is time to visit the Datoga tribe in “Blacksmith tribe” were by will learn the ways of black smith in the forest of the great rift valley. Relaxing, Dinner and overnight at Lake Eyasi Lodge

Day Nine

After a relaxing morning, today will get opportunity of shopping among African gallery and Souvenir shop to bring back home the African memories and experiences, Dinner and Overnight stay at Ilboru Safari Lodge.

Day ten
Day ten

DEPARTURE

Breakfast at the Lodge, with the packed lunch, shall have a road transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight back home as per your schedule.
